ABOUT SWEAT SMILE REPEAT
Led by experienced physiotherapists and exercise trainers, each session combines clinical expertise with practical guidance.
Through the training, you will:

Receive direct support to clarify questions about your exercises and training plan

No prior gym experience needed — just come as you are.
