Stepping Out For Stroke (SOFS) 2026 is SNSA's flagship annual walkathon and public awareness event. It brings together stroke survivors, caregivers, volunteers, partners and the wider community to promote stroke awareness, healthy living and inclusion.
 
The event aims to encourage stroke survivors to take positive steps towards recovery, reintegration and confidence in life after stroke, while also raising public awareness of stroke prevention and the importance of community support.
 
Funds raised under this campaign will support the organisation and delivery of SOFS 2026 as well as SNSA's ongoing free programmes, activities and services for stroke survivors and their caregivers.
