To The Next 30: SNSA Befriending and Support Programmes

The SNSA Befriending Programme supports stroke survivors and their caregivers through trained befrienders, including stroke survivors with lived experience, who provide emotional support, encouragement and practical guidance during the recovery journey. Support may be provided in hospitals, in the community, at home, or through StrokeConnect where applicable. Funds raised under this campaign will go towards the delivery, coordination, training and continued development of SNSA's Befriending and Support Programmes.
