About the Event
Let’s lace up again for Stepping Out For Stroke (SOFS) 2025, our annual signature walk that brings together stroke survivors, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and supporters in a powerful celebration of resilience and community.
This 10th anniversary edition will feature:
A meaningful 1 km/3 km walk at Punggol Digital District
Honourable medal presentation for stroke survivors
Live performances, art booths, photo walls & more!
The walk is wheelchair-friendly and welcoming to all stroke survivors — bring along your colleagues, friends, family and even young children for a meaningful morning together.
About the Organiser
Stepping Out For Stroke 2025 is organised by the Singapore National Stroke Association (SNSA) — Singapore’s leading support organisation for stroke survivors and caregivers since 1996. We provide free programmes, foster meaningful connections, and engage the community through outreach and education.
