Strength Training at Home
(This session is catered to stroke survivors who are able to walk independently with or without walking aids and their caregivers.
Before you begin, please do read these safety tips.
The exercise should be done at a comfortable pace with good form
Ensure that you follow the recommended setup of the exercise
STOP exercise if you feel unsteady or other symptoms such as dizziness or breathlessness.
If you find that the exercise is too easy or difficult, discuss with your therapist on how to modify the exercise. 
It is important to adhere to the safety tips so that you feel confident and empowered to achieve more!
