The CDCs administer a variety of local assistance schemes to help vulnerable families and elderly that complement the Government’s effort to strengthen our social safey net. Each CDC works with corporate and community partners under the “Many Helping Hands” approached to plan and implment local assistance schemes that benefit the community.
